General Questions
Yes — we’re based in Sydney and cover all metro areas including the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Western Sydney, Northern Beaches and beyond.
Absolutely. All of our electricians are fully licensed, insured, and experienced. Your safety and compliance are our top priorities.
We operate Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm, and Saturday 8am–2pm. Emergency callouts are available 24/7.

Emergency Callouts
Power outages, burning smells, sparking outlets, or tripped circuits could all be signs of a serious issue. If you’re unsure, give us a call — we’d rather you be safe than sorry.
We aim to respond as quickly as possible, usually within the hour depending on your location.
Emergency rates may apply for after-hours or weekend callouts, but we’ll always be upfront about pricing before any work begins.
